Four night minimum on holidays.
The cleaning fee $375 & 12% County of
Tuolumne tax added.
Main cabin must be rented to rent the bunkhouse.
$400.00 deposit to reserve the date. When rental period begins the deposit turns into a
security/damage deposit that is fully refundable within 14 days of termination of occupancy provided
that real and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy commenced and all
terms of this agreement are met. To pay your deposit, you can send a check, call us with your credit

Rental amount to be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Full refund given (except for a $50 cancellation fee.) if canceled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival. If
canceled less than 45 days to scheduled arrival, a 50% refund will be given on rental amount. No
refund if canceled within 14 days.

Check out time: 11 AM
Sorry, cabin and bunk house are non-smoking and no pets on site.
